Static characteristics of the sensor means between the static input signal, output of the sensor and the input of a correlation. Because when both input and output, and time-independent, so the relationship between them, i.e., static characteristics of the sensor can be used without a time variable algebraic equations for the input or the abscissa, the output for the corresponding ordinate and characteristic curves plotted described. The main parameters characterizing the sensor static characteristics are: linearity, sensitivity, hysteresis and so on.
Below that the sensor static characteristics:
1, linearity: refers to the degree of the actual relationship between the sensor output and input curve between the amount of deviation from the fitted line. Is defined as the actual characteristic curve and fitting a straight line than the maximum deviation between the full scale output value in the whole range.
2, Sensitivity: Sensitivity is an important indicator sensor static characteristics. Which is defined as the increment of the corresponding input increment increment ratio of output caused. S for sensitivity.
3 Hysteresis: The sensor input from small to large (positive stroke) and enter the amount of descending (reverse itinerary) during the change of its input-output characteristic curve does not coincide with the phenomenon becomes sluggish. The size of the input signal, the positive and negative output signals of the stroke sensor size is not equal to the difference between this difference is called hysteresis.
